Fazenda Joia Rara

Grown by Sérgio Ricardo Barbosa, of the acclaimed Barbosa family, this natural-processed coffee reflects a new generation of excellence in specialty coffee production. Carefully harvested and dried with the fruit intact, the coffee develops exceptional sweetness and complexity while preserving the signature characteristics of the Cerrado region. In the cup, rich notes of milk chocolate form the foundation, complemented by vibrant red fruit flavors reminiscent of ripe cherry and bright yellow fruit notes of juicy mango. The result is a balanced and approachable coffee with a silky body, layered sweetness, and a clean finish.
