Bossa nova gave the world a softer, more intimate way to swing; our Bossa Blend aims for the same feeling in coffee form. We built this blend to be the coffee you reach for every single day. Caramel sweetness leads the melody. Then red fruit brightness and toasted pecan depth join in, adding complexity without ever crowding the cup. We roast it to a careful medium in Texas, which preserves clarity and sweetness while letting the nutty warmth linger. The result is balance you can count on, bag after bag.

What’s in the Cup

Expect caramel, berries, and pecans, wrapped in a smooth, medium body. The finish is clean and gently sweet, which makes it dangerously easy to pour a second cup. Consequently, Bossa Blend works everywhere: bright and syrupy as drip, rich and rounded as French press, and sweet with plenty of depth as espresso. It also plays wonderfully with milk. For filter brewing, start with a 1:16 ratio and adjust to taste.
