Gabriel Nunes

Gabriel Nunes has made a name for himself in Brazil as one of the nation's most consistent and innovative coffee growers. In 2017, he became the first producer from Cerrado Mineiro to win the Cup of Excellence, and he has continued to push boundaries ever since—experimenting with new varieties and post-harvest processing techniques to understand what best expresses his terroir.

Beyond his award-winning coffees, Gabriel is also a regional leader in sustainable and regenerative agriculture, producing his own organic fertilizers and incorporating shade trees and cover crops throughout much of his farm.
