1. Do you sell wholesale?

2. What roast level will my coffee be?

With the exception of Samba, Cafezinho, and SWP Decaf, which are darker roasts, all of our coffees are a light/medium roast to bring out their sweetness and unique flavor characteristics.

3. Can you grind my coffee for me?

Of course we can! You will be prompted to select you preference when adding coffee to your shopping cart.

4. Are the coffees you offer Arabica or Robusta?

Currently all of our offerings are 100% Arabica.

5. Are your coffees Certified Organic?

We are not certified organic, though many of the growers we work with use organic practices on their farms. If you have questions about a specific coffee please contact us and we would be happy to share any information that we have about its harvesting and processing.

6. Are your coffees Certified Fair Trade?

While some are certified Fair Trade at source, we are not currently a Fair Trade certified roaster. However, we do pay well above market and even Fair Trade price floors, and encourage you to learn more about our sourcing model here.

5. Do you sell green coffee?

6. Do you ship outside of the US/Canada?

We currently ship only to addresses in the USA and Canada.

7. Is shipping included in the price?

We charge a flat fee of $5.00 for all shipments, regardless of size.

8. If I do not like my coffee can I send it back?

Yes, we offer a 30-day refund policy. More information on that can be found here.

9. I am a coffee producer, can I send you samples?

First of all, thanks for producing the beverage we love so much. We are always looking for great coffees. If you would like to send us a sample, please reach out to us using our contact form here.

10. Do you offer coffee classes?

We do through our sister company Little City. Current class listings can be found here.
