If you are not fully satisfied with your online purchase for any reason, please contact us through the form on our Contact Us page within 30 days of your purchase and provide us with your name, order number, which items you are not satisfied with, the reason you are not satisfied with them, and whether you would like a refund or replacement. We will respond within one business day and provide you a shipping label so that you may return the products to us. Once we have received the returned product, we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on your request.
